Penderita <em>anxiety<\/em> sering merasa khawatir berlebihan, meski tidak ada ancaman nyata. Bahkan dalam kondisi santai sekalipun, pikiran terasa penuh, sulit tenang, dan tubuh tetap berada dalam kondisi tegang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gejala anxiety juga lebih kompleks dibanding stres biasa.
